More details to this question:
I purchased a car last night that I first saw on Truecar.com website that claimed to have a Navigation system. I went to the dealership and test drove the car but did not check Nav system. I like the car so I proceeded with the purchase. I signed a Vehicle Eligibility Verification form with the saleperson which showed the Navigation system (Operation) - meeting Standard. On my way home with the vehicle I checked for the navigation which I could not locate because it had none. I contacted the dealership first thing this morning but was told that the Vehicle Eligibility Verification signatures meant nothing - it's just a checklist. I rechecked both TrueCar.com and Edmunds.com and the both are advertizing this vehicle with a Navigation system. Did I get bamboozled? What should I do?

If the paperwork specifically says Nav System is part of that vehicles "trim" then you should be entitled to what you paid for. Bear in mind that the capability is NOT the same as a "subscription". Many cars adverstise "Onstar" but its a subcription service. If there is a dispute over this you may want o retain a lawyer and try to void the deal, espcecially if its seems the dealer is that shady.
