More details to this question:
So we go on a car website to look for a car, we find a 2010 buick enclave at 140,000 miles. We call the dealer ams ask to see the car. We go and see the car and it was priced at $9,988. So we go and test drive it and everything is good i never saw the miles because the low fuel was on the cluster and then we go and make the a down payment of $4,000 Then when we get to the house i look at the key and it said that it was a 2008 and so im like hold up it said 2008 so i go and check the registration and its said 2008. So we go online and we find the a 2008 buick aclave for $7,150. At the same dealer now what we do we went for a 2010 and got a 2008 with the price of the 2010. And over the phone we made sure that we were talking about a 2010 with Bluetooth and the 2008 does not have Bluetooth

This is likely am issue of confusion or mistake as opposed to "fraud" as a starting point. Regardless, you may be able to seek "recission" of the agreement. If the selller will not agree t this voluntarily, you will likely need to retain a lawyer at some expense to intervene and address this accordingly.
