Asked on Jun 19th, 2019 on Consumer Fraud - New Jersey
More details to this question:
A second party has billed me from a hospital ER visit in 2018. They billed my insurance under the wrong ID and now they are suing me for the full amount. I have contacted my insurance company and have a claims manager working on this matter too. The collection Attorneys office employees were not willing to cooperate and were rude.

The collection attorneys are most familiar with the collection process. You must be very careful to avoid making any mistakes or missing any requirements. You must put everything in writing and provide documentation. Ed Dimon, Esq. 732-797-1600
