If buy a car yesterday and try to return in less than 24 hrs and dealers refused to take car back saying according to florida law based on my APR I cant return the car.

There are no "do overs" or "take backs" in car purchases. Once you buy it, its yours short of fraud. Buyers remorse or a change of mind is not fraud.
