What to do when body shop only has done half the work they were paid to do bye insurance,added new parts not on car it's in worse shape than before.

Got run out off road bye another driver, give insurance tag and where he lived. Took my car to a body shop where I had work done before but a different insurance company. He was paid 3 times what it cost and ruined all tires on car after they have charged insurance for 2 alignments. Charged for new wheels not on car didn't really do any work that was supposed to be done. The car is in worse shape now just because he is freinds with the people working at this insurance company. And I was told to shut up about car or he said we will total it out and take it. This man made around $3000 for probably $500 in actual work and 800 miles on car unaccounted for then insurance gave him another $1000 for tires after we told them it was $350 more than they cost. Tried to contact insurance adjuster they won't call back or email. I have no idea where my car has been, I went to body shop 2 times and my keys were just hanging door. Second time he wasn't even there. Don't know what to do.
