QUESTION

What type of lawyer do I need?

Asked on Mar 18th, 2016 on Consumer Fraud - Florida
More details to this question:
I made a purchase online that was charged to my credit card. The shipping time was 10-20 business days. It is now over 30 days and the website does not offer a contact number or customer service email. There are dummy links that take you around to the same page to no avail. I am sending them a letter requesting full refund. I want to back it up with an attorney. What kind of attorney do I need for this type of case? Thank you.

I suggest that you contact your credit card company, explain the situation, and ask them to do a "charge back."  This means that the credit card comany gives you your money back even if you can't get help from the vendor.  (This is one reason why you should ALWAYS use a credit card and not a debit card when buying on line or mail order.)
