More details to this question:
They said we were behind in payments but weren't. We were discharged from bankruptcy the second time in Sept. 2016. We paid the bankruptcy off 3 years a head of time. They thought we were still in bankruptcy in December till we callled them and told them we were discharged in Sept. as soon as we told them they wrote us a letter saying we were behind again that we didn't pay Dec and Jan payment which was made. They took our Dec. payment took 96.60 out for corp fees, insurance nad escrow and then sent the rest of that payment back to us saying it was a insufficient payment. So there will be late fee with it, and they haven't received Jan.payment either if they we didn't pay 1756.25 plus other fees by Feb. 23 they would foreclose on us again. I want to sue them for there unlawful procedures.
