Asked on Jul 04th, 2024 on Consumer Law - Florida
More details to this question:
I have Home warranty service in addition to my homeowners insurance I guess I won’t mention their name but any claim I have put in even with the service guy submit a claim to the warranty service. They have not been fulfilled. I just recently started with a new home warranty service and they said that this company has a bunch of civil cases against them for the same reason, I wanted to know if I should obtain an attorney in the civil field?

This depends on the actual reasons for denial. Many times the denials are legitimate exclusions to the policy. Others, based on garbage excuses trying to screw the home owner by not paying as agreed. You will need to retain a lawyer to pursue this, typicallyat your own expense due to some recent law changes.
