Are there laws that protects me from deceptive practices after purchasing a new vehicle?

I purchased a new car in Dec. of last year. I gave the salesman specific details of what I needed in the model. I test drove a car but it didn’t have the specifications I required, he told me he could get one from another state by the next day, I gave a small payment in good faith, the next day, he called to come and get the car, I took a cashiers check in for the balance, he transferred my belongings in back, . It was dark and cold, I thanked him and left. I didn’t go out for the next 2 days, Upon driving the car, cold air came in around the drivers side door on my face and leg, the car sputtered and hesitated. At one point, I was almost in an accident. I discovered the car wasn’t front wheel drive as I had specifically told the salesman that I needed. I took the car in for the door seal, nothing was done. I told the salesman about all the issues, he said his boss said he was “all in” he could get me the car I wanted but it would cost me another $10-11k. (More to explain). No space.
