Attempted to cancel my AT&T account.. AT&T gave soon to be ex husband my account. He has been harassing me with reading all of my emails. He is abusive and harassing me, making divorce extremely difficult.

Key is "soon to be ex-husband" on what sounds like a joint account. You need to have your family law lawyer address this as if he lied to get the info, this could support a restraining order or some other relief.
