Gym debited 50.00 less than the amount due each month.because of their error. It has gone on for six months. What rights to collect does the gym have? The consumer did not notice the error , gym found the error after six months. Can the gym charge interest or finance charges for their error?

They shouldnt charge interest or penalties for thier error but you will still owe the money agreed to.
