QUESTION

Auto repair car rental responsibility

Asked on Mar 11th, 2014 on Consumer Law - Florida
More details to this question:
I ordered a part from a major auto repair chain, and they sent my package to the wrong address. I figured it out while looking at the tracking number but it still took them 2 days to correct the issue. I did not make any mistakes, the company just sent it to the wrong place. While my car is out of commission, I have to use a rental car. Since they are responsible for delaying my part by 2 days, are they responsible for the cost of the rental car for the 2 extra days? I'm very annoyed because the rate for the rental car is high due to major events in town this week, but there was nothing I could do because I could not repair my car, and I still needed to get to work.
