QUESTION

Auto Warranty exclusions. Are they legal?

Asked on Feb 11th, 2016 on Consumer Law - Tennessee
More details to this question:
Can a car company having a known bad engine (they extended warranty due to class action) and then deny their responsibility to fix it because the car had previously being totaled due to solely hail damage. Really? That's like saying if your car is blue, our warranty is void. You should have read the fine print!
