More details to this question:
3 yrs ago i buy a car from a guy in New York.....he sends me a corrected title from NY .I give it to the DMV in Tampa Fl for a Florida title. Now 3 yrs later i go and sell the car and the buyer tells me he can't get a new Fl title because there is a duplicate N Y title issued after my Fl title was issued making my Fl title null...This fraud on the sellers part as i don't even own the car...he still does 3 yrs later i need a lawyer. Tks.
