QUESTION

Beehive removal responsibility for bees in my front yard tree?

Asked on Feb 26th, 2015 on Consumer Law - Florida
More details to this question:
A board member of our communities HOA has told me that it is my responsibility to have the beehive removed from a tree in my front yard. This will cost me approximately $300 and I don't understand why this is my responsibility because this is a wildlife situation. What if it was a bear or other animal? Please advise me on this issue.

Bees are no more wild life than roaches, bedbugs or flies. Unless you want to spend thousands of dollars tangling with the HOA, its cheaper to get rid of the bees. If you have further questions, feel free to call out offices at 1-800-922-6442 for a FREE consultation.
