More details to this question:
I bought a used truck the next day it broke down. Dealership said they took It to the shop. Now they won't tell me where it is. I signed papers at the dealership but not with the credit union. Credit Union will not send check till I do. Can I just give the truck back?

Generally no. You need to either work this out with dealer or may need to hire a alwyer to help you do so.
