QUESTION

Can I sue for all interest paid?

Asked on Jul 14th, 2014 on Consumer Law - New Jersey
More details to this question:
I was issued a credit card at the age of 18 with a $20000 credit limit with no proof of income or cosigner in 2007. I am still paying the debt off with a balance of $12000. I would like for Citibank to pay all the interest I have paid on the loan for unfairly issuing a line of credit. Is this possible?
