Some of mother's expensive angles, crystal bell set was damaged while in transition from Charleston S.C, to New York. They offered me a hundred dollars plus half of shipping fee at that time when I arrived from Charleston. Now they told me that it was my fault because it was not up to their standards how the box was package. Do I have a case?
