I bought a vehicle and the seller lied about the vehicles condition and didn’t discover this until I took it in to a shop. I have a bill of sell that’s is completely blank with only the signatures. Is there anything that I can do?

Do in the sense of what? This may be a violation of Fla. Stat. 501.976, but you will need a lawyer to pursue such case and its a matter of cost vs. value.
