I have been trying to receive a refund for a product for the past month. What I ordered online looks nothing like what I got in person. I have messaged the company several times about getting a refund. They tried to scam me to alter in the product in order for me to no longer be able to return it. I did not do that and continued to request a refund. They excepted and told me to ship the product back if I paid for the shipping myself. I did that and still have not received any refund I tried to dispute the charge with my bank and they are not answering them. They won’t even answer me anymore. I no longer have the product because it was shipped back a month ago .

You can contact Consumer Affairs or make a formal complaint with the FTC. You should have an attorney review whatever documents in possession.
