Car payments

More details to this question:
My wife and I have a car. The car payment was $325 which being on Social Security Disability the both of us is too high. 2 months ago they agreed to $200 a month now they want more and they know it's too much can they do this? What the agreement being on record and recorded we are making monthly payments regularly and they continue to harass us for the upper amount when again is on record for the 200 each month.

This sounds like some stipulation from a lawsuit with "being of record". That stated, the loan agreement is the deal, anything else other than a written change to the agreement is a courtesy. If you can't pay for the car and they wont budge, they will likely repossess the car.
