Cell phone

More details to this question:
I called AT&T in january to cancel one of my cell phone line, 5 months later I check and I am still been charge, I don’t remember the day I called, however the line is bot beeing use. Just remembered that I can check in my statement. I am sooo angry right that I wanna cry. They wont refund me, because I did not check my bill before, like too bad your loss. It is not fair THEY KNOW I DID NOT USE IT!

"Its not fair" and "I wanna cry" are not legal responses to the issue. If you cancelled the line and didn't pay attention to realize they did not andpaid the bills for several months, that is your responsibility equally, especially since you dont remember the day you called. You may want to check your phone bill as presumably this will show up in your call log. Other than that, pay the charge for the line, CONFIRM its been cancelled, takes notes and check your next bill to make sure.
