More details to this question:
In 2006, I got injured car accident. I got treated by a chiropractor. After treatment was finished, the chiropractor told insurance company and my lawyer(who was dealing my injury case) that he over-treated me. As a result, insurance company denied to pay any medical bills. Now he put around 9K with a collection agency into my credit report. How can I resolve this. I want it out of my credit report

If he chiropractor treated you in 2006 but has never collected on the bill, the statute of limitations has expired.  You should dispute the charge with the credit bureaus and notify the chiropractor to immeditley remove the charge or face legal action.
