Consumer Complaint

Asked on May 22nd, 2014 on Consumer Law - California
More details to this question:
Flight attendant on Virgin America flight #924 on 5/17/14 lied over the loud speaker inciting mob mentality. I was then victimized (by verbal bullying, pointing, laughter and name calling) for much of the flight. It was a truly unprofessional and traumatic experience. Not much later a passenger had a heart attack and may have died (he/she could not be revived). Could be d/t the emotional chaos incited by the flight attendant.

There is no way to answer this question without disclosure of the "lie" that supposedly incited a "mob mentality."  You should also state where and when this occurred and origin and destination of the flight.  That could affect which law applies.  Finally, you need to describe the name calling that traumatized you.
