QUESTION

could a lawyer help me?

Asked on May 14th, 2014 on Consumer Law - Florida
More details to this question:
in november last year, I ordered a package. that package was signed for at the front desk of the apt building. I was out of the country for some months and couldn't pick up the package, when i finally could, the person at the front desk got nervous and defensive, turns out they don't have it, they've stated different contradicting reasons as to why they don't have it and now they've introduced a bully to tell us aggressively that the package was picked up and not providing proof of who did. Now they are acting not only dismissive but very rude. could a lawyer help me fix this? if yes, what kind of lawyer? out of confusion, Im listing this as "consumer law" but I'm not sure this is what describes my situation the best.
