More details to this question:
I took my car to an official Mercedes repair shop for oil leak issues. They said they fixed it, and gave back the car. They said I was lucky not to have bigger problem, since I replaced the oil in right away. 3 days later, I had a limping transmission problem, took to the same shop. They fixed the transmission, and they said I have ANOTHER oil leak, so they changed the rear main gasket, than changed the drive shaft. Next they they called me with 2 other oil leaks on the engine. Never gave me a written estimate, and they charged more than they previously quoted by phone. They called me penny pincher when I mentioned the 550$ difference. Finally they called the car is ready, I paid 5000 total for the 2 visit. Right away I noticed the car was noisy. My wife called them they said this is normal this is diesel. She took the car back, they said they do not here no noise. Checked with computer, they said its good.6days later the fix the car at the shop, and they want to change the engine

Possibly, but youd have to show the mechanics damaged the car. This will also depend on the age of the car and its use history. You should probably retain a lawyer to look at the facts and a qualified mechanic to tear the engine down or be there when it is to see what the issue is.
