Dealer repeatedly denied obvious warranty issues with new 2011 Honda Odyssey

More details to this question:
I purchased a new Honda Odyssey on 8/23/11 @ Dobb's Honda on Covington Pike. Salesman: Larry Murphy. Sales Manager: Tyler Benitone. We began hearing loud noises under the hood almost immediately. I assumed the issue was an A/C clutch. Each time the A/C would cycle on, I would hear the noise. We carried the van to the dealership @ least 4 times, perhaps more. I also reported this to American Honda (in 2011). I finally complained to the Service Manager, Phillip Rouse, enough that he scheduled a drive on 10/3/13 in the van with the Regional Honda Representative, Chris Lane. Both Phillip and Chris rode with me on this date. The van made the noise as usual. At the end of the drive, I pulled back into the dealership and put the van in park. I looked @ both Phillip & Chris & said, "What do you think?" They looked @ me like I was crazy & said they couldn't hear anything. Honda issued a Service Bulletin on 11/19/13. Now, AutoNation Honda 385 wants me to pay 1/2 to fix the issue. Can I sue?
