More details to this question:
A cable company double charged my credit card, and I was/am trying to get it back /reimbursed. I have even disputed the claim. However the billing is in my husbands name, and the card in mine. Instead of doing what they said they would, wich was put back on my care, the wrote my husband out a check. do I continue to dispute the extra charge

Why do you not just apply with check payment to your credit card?
