More details to this question:
I found a piece of hair in a jar of tostitos dip. I understand these things happen but I was told that I could have a case. The jar was never opened prior from me opening it and the jar was never unattended too. I notifed Frito lay via email with in the hour but I have not received a response. Do I have a legit claim?

How were you hurt by the hair and a jar? How does this differ from a car going through a red light and not hitting you? The car was wrong to go through the red light. However no other cars were damaged. Here, the hair was in the jar, but you did not ingest the hair. You were not injured. How can you demand reparation for being injured? I would reach out to the company and they will send you a case of jars with no hair.
