QUESTION

Do I have a valid claim?

Asked on Jun 12th, 2013 on Consumer Law - Florida
More details to this question:
I was a member at 24 Fitness and I was paying for personal training sessions. During my sessions my trainer became extremely unprofessional. He was making inappropriate comments about my body and even asked me to have sex with him. I ended up finally switching to a femal trainer and she told me that all of the sessions that I used were not in my file and I had to start from scratch. Considering that I had used over sessions I felt that it wasn't fair and I ended up filing a complaint. The manager offered me 10 free sessions to compensate me and I agreed. That was on 09/24/2012. I didn't feel comfortable until today to use the offer and now the same manager is telling me that I cannot have 10 sessions anymore because too much time has passed and offered me 3 free sessions. However, I was never told that There was a time limit that I could use them.
