QUESTION

Extremely late refund (not revived it yet!)

Asked on Feb 26th, 2017 on Consumer Law - New York
More details to this question:
I've been asking for a flight refund for 4months now from Ibéria. They have recognized my refund and last time I've heard from them they said they had mailed it but didn't provide proof of the matter. It has been a month now and no refund in my mailbox. I have reasons to believe they are acting in bad faith. What are my options? Can I take legal action and get indennization on top of my refund?
