QUESTION

False advertising?

Asked on Apr 04th, 2013 on Consumer Law - Florida
More details to this question:
My girlfriend and I live in Florida and she bought a used 2008 nissan sentra s cvt with 48789 miles from flowers nissan in Thomasville ga on July 6 2011. There was a flowers nissan sticker in the Window that stated that the Kelly blue book retail value of this car was 17,380 dollars. We recently found out that in the April - June 2011 Kelly blue book, the excellent retail value of this car was 11600 dollars. The kbb sticker price in the Window influenced her buying decision. We still have the kbb sticker that was in the Window.  Is there an approach we can take to get them to take back the car? Would we talk to the dealer or lender? Do we have any legal rights? Thanks for any input.

You will probably have to hire Georgia lawyer since the purchase took place there under Ga. law. You should also do so immediately as many of your remedies may have expired due to the length of time of the purchase.
