Harassing calls same company different numbers Do I have any rights?

More details to this question:
I have registered on the do not call list. The same company calls using all kinds of different numbers. Calling my house the minimum of 2 times a day and now my cell 2 or more times a day. They say I took a pay day loan out 4 to 5 years ago. Which I did not.

Change you cell phone number or try to report it to your cell carrier to have it blocked. Its likely a scam and there is little you can about them calling other than limit thier access.
