QUESTION

Hotel Charges Smoking Fee

Asked on Aug 10th, 2016 on Consumer Law - Florida
More details to this question:
HI- I recently was charged a $250 smoking fee (as well as many other fees that froze my account) recently at a Marriot in Boca Raton. I feel this was a vengeful act by staff to cover the fact that I had complained to management that the sales manager inappropriately touched my 16month old child. I have complained to Marriot Corporate and was told "sorry too bad"....can I take any legal action against these people?????? Help
