More details to this question:
I want to voluntarily give back my vehicle to the dealer being I'm unable to continue payments on a car that is not in a condition to drive (repair fee is much greater than monthly car payment). What is the best advice you can give me in handling this situation?

There is no such thing. All your doing is saving the repo/towing fees. If you are looking to negotiate what you still owe on the loan, you would be well served to hire a lawyer to help.
