I can't find the lawyer how can I get help ASAP?

I am a senior citizen--was induced into a car --dealer said that he would make all the repairs for free. The car was smoking. The windows broken The locks broken-He made me buy a key to the car instead of giving it to me with the purchase only after I paid --he added on additional charges saying I owe him money for this and money for that after that signed the contract He also gave me a phony receipt without the actual amount paid / negotiated. I came to pick up the car-he wouldn't release it to me. He said I owed him another 1000.00 --he made a mistake on the price -I said no I don't have it. He said I can return the car, but I must pay 1500 instead for restock fee. I canceled card charges and tried to get my cash back-- said he changed his mind. He was just gonna give me the car without making repairs And he was not gonna give me my cash of $1100 back. I took the small claims they hired a lawyer. They moved it to a higher court. --I can't find attorney--now what??
