I BOUGHT A BRAND NEW CAR 2015 FROM KIA AND THEY DECLINE MY WARRANTY FOR A BLOWN ENGINE DO TO THE RESIDUE OF BUILD UP IN THE ENGINE. I HAVE ALL MY INVOICES FOR SERVICES DONE IN THE CAR AND THEY KEEP GETTING DECLINE WHAT DO I DO

You will need to hire a laywer - the may be a MMWA Mangnusson Moss Warranty Act type case. It sounds like they are claiming there was abuse of the engine some how or lack of proper maintenance.
