More details to this question:
My Lawyer was unfortunately very weak and did not prepare in anticipation of me wanting to not only get a vehicle replacement, but also to get reimbursed for repair costs (car was $115k, additional repairs were $35k). However, we did easily win the case we did make despite inadaquacies. I have piles and piles of evidence, and am wondering what the cost would be to go ahead and reject the decision and sue. Case again, is very strong, can justify $50k in damages for repairs etc.
As a general rule, you go to arbitration instead of court. Unless the arbitration agreement allows you to reject it and sue, you are stuck with the arbitration award.
