QUESTION

Incorrect pool liner installation

Asked on Jun 09th, 2015 on Consumer Law - New Jersey
More details to this question:
I had a pool liner installed. The contractor did not install it properly. As a result a new liner and installation is necessary. Being incorrectly installed showed uneven seam, buckling and wrinkling of the bottom and sided of the pool liner. I contacted the contractor a number of times. At first they told me to fill the pool with water an all of the buckling and wrinkles would go away. Filling the pool did not resolve the problem. After many calls to the contractor they have not come to see the issue and told me there would be a service fee if they had to come. They now do not return my calls. The cost I paid them is $677. I would like to get my money back.
