Money transfer issue for purchase

My girlfriend bought a shirt from someone(A), A told her to send money to her friend(B) because its easier using chase quickpay cause they both have chase accounts, so she scheduled the transfer, B said she never received any notification of this money transfer, and provided her screenshot of activities(not including account email or name or anything that shows the account) for a chase college account ending in 3220, therefore did not accept it, but money was accepted by someone and was taken out of the account. We called chase(More than 5 times) and they said the provided email/name for the chase quickpay was linked to a BoA account, and asks the person B to call chase for this issue, B said she does not have BoA account, A refuses to tell B to call chase and wanted us to tell chase to call B(doesn't work this way).
