My car engine cracked. While there is no debate that auto refused to honor their extended warranty since my car was totaled (Branded) in a hail storm. This is an exclusion in the Warranty, but I don't think that this is ethical. Is it legal to deny a warranty claim based upon what seems to be subterfuge. They admit that their engine was faulty but indicate that their hands are tied due to the exclusion.

I have all the documents to show that my car was totaled by Hail Damage. Auto Company does not seem to care. It's totaled, end of story. I will have to pay for new engine.
