Online store scam

Hello, I'm sorry, I'm not good in english, but I wil try to describe my problem correctly. We have family shared account on online store and we often use it. We had ordered some goods, and when we received ordered items, my brother called to customer service, said that items never received and got refund. I talked whith my brother, he said he did this scam whith 3-4 accounts and total ammount of refund was $1000. I can't return/reverse/cancel refund, because my account closed by myself. What could be next?

You brother is dirtbag criminal thief and you need to keep as far away from him for ANY financial dealings. This means getting off of ALL accounts with him or where he has any interaction at all. Properly you should advice the sellers of the "error" and make proper payment for the items if they were items you purchased since you said "we purchased".
