More details to this question:

Now doing some research I found this place and wanted to know if what I found so far is still accurate. I live in florida so is Opportunity loans legal Mobile Loans illegal Spotloan Loans illegal Plain green illegal From what I found Spotloan and Plain Green are illegal and just the balance is need to be paid. They extremely high interest rates I pay every month 2x and my balance is still over what I borrowed. Now I was told they cannot report you to the credit bureau, however I see it on my credit report?
