QUESTION

Plastic in my Jerky!

More details to this question:
I choked on and spit up whats seems to look like a huge piece of plastic while eating jerky. While I didn't do anything the first time, this is the second time something "foreigh" has been in the jerky. What can I do? Do I have a case.

Not likely, no damages. You also have to establish conclusively that the stuff you reference is plastic as oppose to bone or tendon.
