Hello! Bank of America have been sending me marketing offers (4) in the last 4 months. I called them 4 times trying to stop it, filled a complaint with the gov but nothing helps. I would like to file a lawsuit.

This can be done but you will spend thousands of dollars out of pocket to hire a lawyer to pursue such a case.
