Asked on Nov 13th, 2014 on Consumer Law - Florida
More details to this question:
I live in florida. Purchased a 2013 certified vehicle from the dealer 2 months ago with only 7k miles on it. I took in for an oil change and they discovered there was a major problem in the engine. Need to either have a new engine installed or repair the exciting on which would need to be taken apart and basically rebuilt. I don't want to do either do to the fact that doing so would and could bring further problems. What are my legal options?

This all revolves around warranty issues and the nature of the "major problem". You will probably have to spend the money to hire a lawyer to review yourpurchase papers to see what can be done.
