More details to this question:
I bought a van which I put $2500 down and a car trade for $3000 total up to $5500. now after I purchase the car , the statement say I have close to $9000 left to pay off the car.now I already make payment for over $2000. the financing bank subtract only a portion of my payments; is that consider fraud or cheating.

No idea what you are describing. You really will need to retain a lawyer to review your agreement and go from there.
