More details to this question:
I have 2 cars. The one that is almost paid off is cross collateral per the dealer on my second car. They want to repo my 1st car to pay off second car! My son has taken the 2nd car and I don't know we're he is. The collateral sheet is just that a piece of paper signed not motorized or anything? Help! Is this legal? Can they do that?????

They possibly can if this is what you agreed to in order to get a second car from them. Bigger issue is why are you not paying on second car and you will need to find your son to address this issue.
