I was a scam of victim from a lady I found online Jennifer Hustern, she sold to me some study material for 5000 dollars that she never delivered. I paid via cash app and when I requested the money back she declined it and block the app. All the transactions are recored in the cash app and my back for evidence. Can you help me?

You can report this to law enforcement and see if they can do something for you. If this was an actual scammer you will likely spend more than you gave to them trying to track them down and sue them. You need to protect yourself up front on such issues not rely on trying get your money back after the fact.
