More details to this question:
Hi, I purchased a vehicle of craiglist from a private owner in oct 2011. I have the title and the car is registered in my name. I had been driving the car since then. Suddenly on Monday (May 2013) I found that my car was missing. After calling 911 i was informed that my car has been repossessed. I made a few calls to the credit company and the towing company to understand whats happening with my car. The credit company claims that the car belongs to them and it has a lien against it and they have the title. I have the title for the same car which I got when I registered my vehicle with DMV. Please let me know what should be my next steps to get my car back. Thanks, Sweekar
